What the ICAA Does

The ICAA is an association that any current Bonvera Associate can join. This association provides a communication forum between Associates and Bonvera. The ICAA is an independent organization with an elected board which represents the community of Associates. The ICAA and Bonvera provide a dispute resolution process for Associates and Bonvera. The guiding principles are:

  • A business that promotes fairness, justice, and transparency between Bonvera and the community
  • A business opportunity available to people from all backgrounds
  • A business based on great relationships and high character
  • A business that offers systematic duplication
  • A business that offers mainstream products and services
  • A compensation plan that promotes Free Enterprise
